Essential Edits accepts files such as Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, WordPad, Notepad, Microsoft Works, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Micorsoft PowerPoint, Open Office, and web pages. You can also send us your Apple and Linux files (be sure they are saved in a PC-compatible format). Please provide us with any special instructions on the format that you would like the edited documents returned. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the formatting of your files.
I do not live in the United States. Will I be able to use the services of Essential Edits?
Yes, of course. Remember we are part of the world-wide web. All you need is a valid credit card or PayPal account. Please contact us to learn about payment by a check or money order.
Do you provide express turnaround services?
Yes, we do offer express turnaround services for documents containing 3,500 words or less. We will ensure that documents marked for express turnaround service will be returned to you within the same day or overnight. Visit our price page for more information. Are my documents secure? Is there a confidentiality policy for Essential Edits?
Your documents are viewed only by the best professionals at Essential Rdits. All of our employees sign a confidentiality agreement before they join our company. Your edited files will be stored for one month and deleted after that time unless there is specific request from you (the client).
Are there any documents that you do not edit?
No. Our staff is well-versed in a wide range of topics and will provide the necessary guidance for editing your documents.

I submitted an MS Word file, and you have returned my document, but the changes are not visible. Am I doing something wrong?
Please be sure to turn on the Highlight Changes feature in Microsoft Word. In Microsoft Word 2007 or Microsoft Word 2010, click on the tab named Review. Then under section named Tracking, look for the three drop-down menus— to the right of the button named Balloons. Choose Final Showing Markup. For help with all other versions, please contact us.
I submitted a file type other than MS Word, and I have my document back, but I can not see what you have changed. Why is that?
If the document comes back and you are not able to view the changes, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
I need help with writing my essay by tomorrow. Will Essential Edits be able to help me?
We are very sorry, but we do not write papers for others. Essential Edits will maintain its integrity under all circumstances. As a student, writer, or professional you must submit your own work!
Does this apply if I provided you with an outline, or if I just have a few paragraphs to complete?
