Q: How does your editing and writing service work?
A: Essential Edits will check for errors in grammar, spelling and syntax (linguistic elements) in the first stage. In the second stage, our staff will work on format, style and addtional syntax (linguistic elements). We ensure your work still reflects your individual voice but will be consistent and flows smoothly. Please view Submit Your Project section for more details.
Q: Which file formats are accepted?
A: Essential Edits accepts projects in: .doc, .pdf, .pps, .psd, and .ppt.
Q: How will I receive my document?
A: All completed projects will be sent to you by e-mail in Microsoft Word document format. (Please disclose at the time of sale if you would like to receive your document in another format.)
NOTE: If completed project is needed in any other format please contact us. Also, be sure that there is avaliable space in your e-mail account in order to recieve your completed project in a timely manner.
Q: How to pay for your services?
A: Payments are received by various methods. Most of our clients use the PayPal services to make their payments.
Q: Is payment by PayPal safe?
A: Yes. PayPal is the safer and easier way to purchase products online. PayPal services allow you the customer to pay by various methods, including credit cards, and bank accounts without sharing financial information.
Q: Are there any hidden charges?
A: No. There will be no addtional charges for that particular service. If you have any questions regarding rates please contact us and one of our staff members wil be glad to help you.
Q: What if I am dissatisfied with the final product?
A: Here at Essential Edits, we are committed to providing you with complete customer satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns after receiving your completed project, our team of editors will continue to consult with you until you are completely satisfied with the end results. This service is free of charge to you, unless further extensive revisions are required.
Q: Will I receive updates on the progressive of my project?
A: Yes. You will receive periodic updates via e-mail on the progress of your project.
